Get replacement part under warranty.

Mantis has never been in contact with myself.They have service dealerships around the country, I emailed numerous of them and am still awaiting any replies.

I contacted Mantis regarding a faulty unit/ part on one of its Tillers. When I emailed the Company I received a automated reply, Due to the Pandemic, we are not in the office, but emails would be answered within 48 hours. Six weeks still no reply, and a Tiller sat in the garage during the busiest part of the year when it is needed.
